It feels like we are now standing on solid ground with our newly integrated ascension energies of March. Those of
you who are still feeling the integration of the new energies will in the next two weeks settle into them firmly and
feel more stable.
For help integrating the energies you can use some of the techniques in RELEASING EMOTIONS AND OLD ENERGIES. What you are doing is letting go of energy
you no longer need to make room to accept the new higher frequency ascension energies of March. Sometimes we can be in resistance and holding on to old
energies and not really be aware that we are doing it. When we are integrating it helps the physical body to better work with the energies if we drink plenty of water
and get some physical exercise.
Get up each day and see it is a new life with new manifestations happening each and every day. This will enable you to see the miracles that are occurring in your
life. You will then invite more and more of these miracles to occur. This will be your life from now on.
You have made it to the point where the ascension energies of miracles are in your lives to stay. This is an enormous gift and tool. The more you acknowledge the
miracles in your lives each day, the more they will happen over and over - increasing on a daily basis. Miracles happen where the dreams you have held are now
answered according to spirit so even if something shows up a little different than what you envisioned be open and receptive to the miracle acknowledging it with a
joyful heart. This will keep them coming.
Miracles happen when all the people, places and things line up in just the right order for you and your dreams to come true in your daily lives. Example: Your
market has never carried a particular item or brand that you want and you can't find it anywhere else so you have forgotten about it. You go to the market to buy
something else and suddenly this exact item is there for you. Take a moment to feel the gratitude in your heart and thank Source, Spirit, God for the bounty of this
miracles and then release that emotion out to the universe. Your heart energy of the emotion of gratitude being released out into the Universe and back to Source
tells Source that you appreciate this miracle and will be receptive to and appreciate them as they happen again and again.
Acknowledge even the smallest of miracles as acknowledgement will set in motion the energies of receptivity and acceptance and tells
the universe you are ready for more and more miracles to occur in your life.
If a butterfly lands near you and you take a moment to notice its beauty, this then is a miracle. Acknowledge it with your heart energies of gratitude and release the
emotion back to Source of your thanksgiving for this beautiful moment. You can go further and realize that the butterfly is a symbol of regeneration and rebirth as
the caterpillar breaks out of a cocoon and miraculously is reborn into a magnificent beautiful butterfly.
Last month I wrote "Many things will come of this excitement energy if you embrace it. I cannot tell you everything about it but
know great things are coming".
Now I know what this means as April brings these big things in and they are indeed miracles that are coming into our lives on a
daily basis.
Do not let a day go by without acknowledging even the smallest synchronicity of what could be a miracle - because this indeed
fertilizes and helps miracles grow and arrive on a daily basis.
I mentioned in the March Energy Shifts Report that April will be a month of anchoring in all these powerful energies that we are holding in our cells in March. I wrote
that you will see an even faster manifestation in April of your heart's desire and now I know what they (my guides and masters) meant.
