Heavy energies, pushing down, weighing us down.
If you are feeling like a cement truck dumped its load on top of you don't feel lonely, you are in good company.
Emotional upheaval inside you yet no apparent reason for it.
Unsetteled, uneasy, jumbled up feelings.
All of these heavy preparation energies are in service of the Big Big Shifts on their way during the Autumnal Equinox September 22-23.
If the energy now is any indication of the gifts that are opening to us, it is the greatest manifestation of our dreams and goals we have ever had on the earth to date.
(Remember to use the Autumnal Equinox as a time of thank you and spreading seeds for 2007 harvest).
We are repatterning old images, thoughts, and cellular memory right now and this is why we feel so discombobulated.
It feels like a cleaning out of all the extra dust. I think it is pretty funny that in the September 1, Energy Shifts Report, we talked about clearing away old energies in
clothes and things laying around the home. I thought why am I writing once again about clearing out closets. I am always guided about what to write and so I did.
Now we are being cleared literally on all four energy levels; emotional, physical, mental, spiritual.
I want to mention disillusionment because it is part of this process due to letting go of old ideas and old dreams or way of life. You can get caught up emotionally in
what you are not accomplishing (in old dreams or goals) even though your life is expanding much better than you can see.
When the emotions get tighter and tighter, energy can draw away from the expansion. In order to allow everything to flow and release during this last purge, do
some deep breathing exercises, do not judge what your process is. Just let it be. Let it process through you without attachment. And Release.
It is a normal process of stress, release and back to flow.
Get prepared for the Equinox of your life.
