I have always been attracted to rocks and polished stones even as a child.
I remember traveling through Arizona, stopping in one small town, and being mesmerized by an inexpensive child's bracelet of native polished rocks that my parents
bought for me and my sister, Donna.
My love of the stones from Mother Earth runs very deep. I can feel the personality and energy coming from each stone. It is for me a heart connection.
I was never attracted to "regular" main stream jewelry for some reason. If it didn't have a heart connection for me, I wasn't interested.
As I got older I began to look at pendants and bracelets from the many Metaphysical stores that were around Berkeley at the time (early 70's). Really fun shopping
back then.
I got my hands on several books about rocks and minerals because I would get strange urges to get some COPPER (and I don't mean a copper bracelet) I mean a
lump of copper rock.
A year ago the urge was to get some Kyanite. I was at a shop up in the sierra foothills near Placerville when I had a huge urge to buy Kyanite. I even walked out of
the shop and walked down the street and about 30 minutes later I was urged to go back. The shop keeper asked me why I was buying it and I said "I don't know I
was just drawn to buy it". It still sits on my night stand even after the move to Las Vegas. I took a moment to refresh my memory on the metaphysical properties of
Kyanite and found that it restores Qi, amplifies higher frequency energies, enhances psychic abilities and lets you remember your dreams and more. Interestingly it
is only from Brazil the same country that gave us the Lumerian Seed Crystals.
When I moved to the Las Vegas area I really felt attracted to Topaz and so I bought a pendent. I don't necessarily wear it all the time - but for some reason just
coming into my possession is sometimes all that is necessary for me to get what I need completed.
Whatever rock or mineral you have a desire for don't ignore it. If it has been in your thoughts or you feel attracted to it and you don't have any of it at home. Go

(and I'm talking big 10" rocks). I have amethyst, citrine, calcite, moldavite, a rock from the Yosemite Valley (whoops!) I know I'm not suppose to have it but I was only
6 when it came home with me. It is sitting in my office in front of me as I write this article. It is a good grounding stone.

The Sacred Jewelry I found in Bangalore and Whitefield where I got to see Sai Baba and Devi Amma and Amma. Amma means 'Mother'
and there are lots of spiritual Mothers.
I was asking Sai Baba to bless the 2 Amber Pendants I brought with me. One was for a man that I met in Jordan. Well interestingly enough 1 amber pendant
dropped from my neck completely still on it chain and still hooked together in the back. Well, I knew Sai Baba was telling me something with that. Needless to say I
went back to my regular life as that told me everything.
I was drawn to a Raw Ruby stone only polished on one side and I could feel the deep beautiful energies in it. I asked the person selling it to wrap a wire around it
for a pendant. It is one of the items in the store. This Ruby is Very Sacred and I am honored to have it in my possession.
After I got home and read the metaphysical properties of Ruby, I understood why I had to bring it home.
Ruby imparts vigor to life, it energizes and balances, encourages passion for life, improves motivation and setting of realistic goals.
