go of the old paradigm to let the new in.
New energy, new visions, new downloads, new purpose, new directions.
To receive the downloads of new information we need to release the old, clear it out.
Fresh perspective is awaiting you, new richly textured thoughts wanting to penetrate your consciousness yet needing clear space to
enter and register there.
You might play some creative music to set the mood and do some clearing Releasing Emotions - Clearing Energy
Afterward, spend some creative time painting or drawing, writing or dancing - anything that gets your creativity flowing in joy. Have
fun with it.
One of the best ways to let new things in is to start treating yourself to joyful experiences. Have as much fun as you can doing
everything constructive that brings you happiness. This will create a vibrancy to allow in the new information.
Remember September 22-23 is the Autumnal Equinox and it is about your harvest for the year. You have an opportunity for
thanksgiving and to set the stage for the new harvest next year.
After you give thanks for this year's bounty, set the stage for next year using Meditation and Visualization.

Now is a good time to let all the old energy go and if you have things around the house that need to be purged don't wait, just do it. I
know we've all said, "I need to go through those papers or magazines" before I toss them out. Forget about it - just toss time. The
energy that you are sucking away from the new is too great a price to pay. If you haven't gone through papers already - your are not
going to. Toss them. Lighten your energy.
Here is the big pay off, when you donate items and clothing and toss away what you have not touched in one year you get to have a
big energy VOID in your life. The VOID turns into a vacuum space and begins sucking in your new energy gifts. Just watch and see
how easy it is to manifest with in void. You'll have fun with this. Happy garage sale! Now get going! Just think of the good things

- SCATTERING THE SEEDS IN THE FIELD FOR NEXT YEAR'S HARVEST
Sit quietly and taking three slow deep breaths and slow deep exhale.
Call in your guides, masters and angels to work with you asking for the most benevolent outcome.
Give thanks to the Goddess Moon for her work in the harvest of this year's bounty. Feel a thankfulness coming from your
heart out to the Goddess Moon.
Wait to experience the return of energy as the Goddess receives your thanks and sends love back to you.
Picture everything that you would like to accomplish next year, your dreams and goals. Now you see in your hand is a huge
pile of seeds and you watch as your dreams and goals enter into each and every one of these seeds embedding them.
Next you see yourself standing before a big plowed fertile field and you know it is the place you will scatter your seeds to allow
them to germinate. As you caste the seeds you see them as golden drops of nectar from the source and you see they are
connect to you through golden strands of light.
You cover each seed with just the right amount of Mother Earth and then you set up a watering system that automatically
waters and fertilizes the seeds during the growing season before harvest next year.
Last, thank the Moon Goddess and the Sun God for their assistance in bringing forth all your seeds in germination and full
growth and harvest next year. End of Meditation
